For the needs of our Operations Department, we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated professional to step into the position of Automation Engineer (Ref. AE)

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and resolving complex automation, process control, instrumentation, and network-related problems. 
  • Troubleshoots and repairs various types of programmable logic controllers, transmitters, monitors, analyzers, and field. instruments. Maintains archive files of all data collected by these systems.
  • Assist with installation, testing, calibration, and repair of field instrumentation, including: temperature, pressure, level, flow, gas quality analyzers, transducers, sensors, switches, transmitters plus associated components and subsystems.
  • Provide automation support for project-specific SCADA control and monitoring screens. Participates in the continuous improvement of PLC / SCADA programming.
  • Performs skilled diagnostics using a wide range of specialized tests and calibration equipment.
  • Reads and interprets various types of technical drawings, logic drawings, and schematics. 
  • Monitor the integrity of the control system database and take action to maintain it. 
  • Enforce change control processes (MOCs) and monitor compliance via regular auditing activities. 
  • Maintain project schedule, implementation, and compliance with maintenance programs. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Information Technology department and other teams when necessary. 
  • Participate in the evaluation of new technologies for gas transmission system automation. 
  • Assists in the training and development of new and existing employees assigned to the Operations division. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering specialized in automation/control systems or similar field. 
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in industrial automation or a similar field.
  • Good knowledge of industrial automation and process control systems (preferably within the oil & gas sector). 
  • Knowledge of SCADA and Telemetry in gas transmission systems or similar industrial fields. 
  • Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and HMI experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and computer programming a plus.
  • Excellent communication and analytic skills; Good command of the English language.
  • High level of initiative - willing and able to solve complex issues with minimal supervision. 
  • Collaborative style and adaptability to diverse teams and situations.

For the needs of our Financial Department, we are currently looking for a motivated and proactive professional to step into the position of Financial Analyst (Ref. FA)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex economic analysis to understand the return, risks, and viability of potential infrastructure investments with a preference for the energy business.
  • Experience in dealing with European structural and investment funds, long-term loans from European banks, and contract management.
  • Assist senior management and the board of directors in decision-making by preparing business cases and financial summaries.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships, within the company, with individuals that will impact and/or assist the financial analysis of projects (e.g. engineering, regulatory, tax).
  • Works to ensure project budgets/forecasts are accurately captured in the company plan.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of financial statements, metrics and measures, and key strategic business initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or another related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to perform complex financial and economic modeling.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities while working to deadlines.
  • Ability to identify and initiate change and improvements to existing processes.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • CFA or professional accounting designation.
  • Energy infrastructure experience from a commercial or regulatory perspective.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Assist the Financial team in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • Assist the Financial team in the preparation of statutory reporting.
  • Participate in month-end and close year-end processes including variance analysis reports.
  • Participate in controlling financial transactions and financial reporting.
  • Support business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Collaborate, communicate, and coordinate with the other departments.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics, Accounting, or similar is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an accounting company.
  • Knowledge of creating financial statements.
  • Knowledge of the month-end/ year-end close process.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.

HSS Expert (Ref. HSSE)

Description:

  • Administration of & monitoring compliance with the company’s HSS Management System
  • Provide advice for development/improvement to the company’s HSS Management System
  • Provide advice on the implementation of & verify compliance to safe working procedures, and site PPE requirements, and monitor HSS process actions to ensure they are followed up & closed out
  • Participate in conducting & maintain current site HSS risk assessments
  • Distribute HSS information to employees as appropriate
  • Prepare and participate in emergency response drills as per the emergency response plans 
  • Conduct site inductions in line with company requirements and procedures 
  • Provide advice on the application of the hierarchy of controls as part of the risk management process 
  • Perform facility inspections, hazard identification & field audits as per schedule to verify compliance with the company’s HSS requirements
  • Participates/conducts regular briefings on OSH
  • Participate in site safety meetings 
  • Maintain HSS incident and other records

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering or other technical disciplines
  • 2-5 years experience in HSS 
  • Recognized HSS qualification is a plus (NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, First Aid, other related)
  • Fluent in both written and oral English
  • Computer literate & Microsoft Office
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Experience of HSS in the field (preferably oil & gas)

Summary: 

The Quality Control Expert ensures that industry standards, regulations, and guidelines are met for every element. He/ she is responsible for all materials, equipment, components, and structures subject to inspections to comply with mandatory regulations, technical specifications from contracts, and quality standards

Responsibilities:

  • Works independently, utilizing advanced knowledge of regulatory general orders to complete deep reviews and analysis of the work, uncovers complex findings and root causes, and prepares comprehensive recommendations for leadership
  • Provides assistance and coaching to other colleagues, including on-the-job training
  • Leads cross-organizational special projects or initiatives and is the go-to lead and subject-matter expert
  • Establishes new processes for emergent quality control audit requests

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering or other technical disciplines
  • Proven experience as Quality Control Specialist, at least 3 years
  • Fluent in both written and oral English
  • Computer literate & Microsoft Office
  • Good written and communication skills
