Buyer’s profile
Pursuant to §12 of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Law on Measures and Actions during the State of Emergency, declared by a decision of the National Assembly of 13 March 2020 and for overcoming consequences, of 14 June 2020 the use of the Centralized Automated Information System "Electronic public procurement" (CAIS EOP) is mandatory for the sectoral contracting authorities in the award and implementation of all public procurement.
In this regard, ICGB AD notifies the interested parties that all procedures for conducting and awarding public procurement will be carried out only through CAIS EOP through the Buyer's Profile at the following address
