The Company carries out its activities in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria.

The Company's activities are: (A) operation, financing, maintenance and potential expansion of the IGB Gas Pipeline (including any design, construction and financing of such expansion); (C) exercise the right of ownership of the IGB Gas Pipeline; (C) developing and implementing programs and activities related to the transmission of natural gas and, subject to resolution by the General Meeting of Shareholders (acting in its sole discretion), hydrogen in accordance with applicable laws; (D) administer natural gas transactions and arrange for trade balancing on the IGB Gas Pipeline in accordance with applicable laws; (E) managing the transmission capacity of the IGB Gas Pipeline and entering into transmission contracts with respect to the IGB Gas Pipeline; (F) entering into agreements for interconnection of the IGB Gas Pipeline with neighboring facilities; and (G) engaging in other activities incidental to those set forth in subparagraphs (A) through (F) above.
