REMIT

ICGB is registered as a Market Participant (MP) according to the requirements of Article 9 par. 1 of Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011. ICGB is not registered as a Registered Reporting Mechanism (RRM) according to the requirements of the Agency for Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER).

ICGB is entitled to report to ACER only data falling into the scope of the TSOs’ obligation, in line with Article 3.1 (b)(i) and Article 9.2 of Regulation (ЕU) No 1348/2014.
