The project company ICGB AD notifies the potential participants in the open procedure for selection of owner's engineer for the project Gas Interconnector Greece-Bulgaria that it resumes the procedure for selection of owner's engineer for the project Gas Interconnector Greece-Bulgaria and extends the deadline for submission of offers.

Pursuant to a Decision of the Executive officers of the company ICGB AD has nominated the National Archaeological Institute with museum for contractor of a public procurement procedure for archaeological studies of archaeological sites found along the route of the gas interconnector Greece-Bulgaria. The public procurement award contract was signed on August 6th.

The project company ICGB AD notifies the potential applicants in the restricted public procurement award procedure for design, procurement and construction of Gas Interconnector Greece -Bulgaria that on 06.08.2018 a Decision was sent for approval of an amendment or additional information whereby a procedure is renewed and the deadline for submission of applications is extended.

In the presence of the President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker, the Prime Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria Mr. Boyko Borissov and the Republic of Greece Mr. Alexis Tsipras declared the political support of the two countries for the completion of the Greece-Bulgaria interconnector project. The declaration was signed at a European Council meeting in Brussels.

The project company will be included as an eligible beneficiary for financing under the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) for Bulgaria under Innovations and Competitiveness Operational Program.

The project company ICGB AD informs all potential participants in the restricted procedure for the selection of a Contractor for the “Design, procurement and construction of a natural gas Interconnector Greece-Bulgaria “ that due to filed appeals at the Commission for protection of competition against clarifications of the Contracting Authority, the procedure is temporarily suspended.

The project company ICGB AD informs all potential participants in the public procurement “Selection of Owner’s Engineer for the Construction of the Gas Interconnector Greece-Bulgaria” that on 22nd May 2018 at the Commission for protection of competition an appeal with ext. No 1089/22.05.2018, against clarifications of the Contracting Authority published on the Buyer’s profile on 14.05.2018.

ICGB AD launched a procedure for the award of public procurement with subject “Archeological studies of archeological sites found along the route of gas interconnector Greece-Bulgaria“.

March 16th 2018, Sofia – Today in the office of the project company ICGB AD was held a public meeting for opening of the requests for participation in the restricted procedure for line pipes manufacture and supply for the needs of gas interconnector Greece-Bulgaria. In the presence of media representatives, the Bulgarian Energy Minister Temenuzhka Petkova announced the start of the session for opening of all submitted before the deadline requests. Ten requests for participation have been submitted to the procurement procedure, with interest from both Bulgarian and other European countries as well as from other continents.

On 7th March 2018 ICGB has issued decision to resume the public procurement procedure “Line pipes manufacture and supply for the needs of gas interconnector Greece-Bulgaria” which was sent to be published at both the Public Procurement Registry and the Official Journal of the European Union. By virtue of the Decision the deadline for submission of Applications for participation is extended to 15th March 2018 till 17.30.
