In connection with upcoming procedures pursuant to Bulgarian legislation for approval of an investment project and issuing a construction permit, the joint investment company ICGB AD announces a tender procedure for the selection of a contractor for ‘Acquisition of real rights over the properties for the sites of the gas pipeline and establishing right of way for the linear section and ancillary infrastructure for the Bulgarian section of Interconnector Greece-Bulgaria project’.
The joint investment company ICGB AD is responsible for financing the engineering and construction of Greece-Bulgaria Interconnector (IGB project) and is to be owner of the facility. Shareholders with equal shares in the company are Bulgarian Energy Holding EAD and IGI Poseidon S.A.
