As of mid-April, 91% of all construction activities for the IGB pipeline have been completed

The remaining works are the two gas metering stations near Stara Zagora and Komotini. Both are progressing well - GMS Stara Zagora is completed at 87% and the pneumatic testing of the station is expected to begin around end of April. The gas metering station in Komotini - a significantly larger facility, is ready at the level of 66% and the EPC contractor has committed to complete it by the end of June at the latest.

The dispatching center near the Bulgarian city of Haskovo is almost finished. With 97% of the construction work already done, installing and testing the instrumentation and control systems is the next planned step.

Reinstatement has already started along the entire route of the pipeline. All 182-kilometers of the interconnector should be restored in their original condition in accordance with all applicable environmental standards and local legislation. As of mid-April, more than 70 km have already been fully reinstated.
