The Exemption Application has been submitted by ICGB AD
The Exemption Application in respect of the IGB Project under art.36 of EU Directive 2009/73 has been submitted by ICGB AD to the Regulatory Authorities of Bulgaria and Greece respectively State Energy and Water Regulatory Commission and Regulatory Authority for Energy. The implementation of the procedure will have a key impact for the completion of the commercial and financing structure of the Project.
