Submission of offers under a public procurement procedure with the subject-matter “Supply of spare parts for measuring and analytical equipment for the needs of the IGB gas pipeline in lots"

In connection with a launched public procurement procedure with the subject-matter "Performance Of Emergency Repairs On Mechanical - Technological And Electrical Parts Of The IGB Gas Pipeline, Greek Section", ICGB AD invites all stakeholders to submit offers.

Short description of the scope of the procurement: The emergency repairs shall be carried out within 48 hours, by the Contractor with its personnel, mechanisation, equipment and vehicles. Emergency repairs shall be deemed to have been awarded from the time of receipt of a emergency signal over the 24-hour hotline, by the Contracting Entity's duty dispatcher to the Contractor's Emergency Response Team. In this regard, the Contractor shall designate an Emergency Response Team to provide Emergency Response at the scene of the emergency. The Contractor shall ensure that the Emergency Group is available to the Contracting Entity's operational personnel 24/7 (Emergency Standby). The Contractor shall provide and maintain a 24-hour telephone line to communicate with the Contracting Entity to ensure timely receipt of information/alerts from the Contracting Entity regarding emergencies. In the event of an emergency, the Contractor shall ensure that the emergency response team is on site within 2 hours for the line part and 45 minutes for GМS Komotini after the emergency has been signalled by the Contracting Entity's operational staff. Spare parts and supplies required for a specific Emergency Repair will be provided or purchased by the Contracting Entity or supplied by the Contractor if the latter has the capability to provide them.

Bids shall be submitted by 23:59 on 10.07.2025 via the CAIS EPP platform functionalities.
