Opening of Public Procurement
A public procurement procedure has been launched with a subject-matter: "Periodic deliveries of special workwear for the needs of ICGB AD"
The subject of the procurement includes periodic deliveries upon the request of the Contracting Entity, including branding of various types of special, protective and safety workwear, described by types, quality and technical characteristics in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Entity, part of the tender documentation. The total period during which the Contracting Entity may request deliveries of quantities of goods under the contract including an option, is 36 (thirty-six) months.
On the grounds of art. 12, para 3 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) in connection with Decision of Council of Ministers № 591 dated 2016, July 18, the public procurement is reserved to specialised undertakings or cooperatives of people with disabilities or to economic operators whose main aim is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or disadvantaged people due to the fact that the goods, subject to the procurement are included in the list under art. 12, para. 1 of the PPA. Other interested parties may also participate in a reserved procurement award procedure, but the tenders thereof shall be examined only if no tenders of the persons referred to in art. 12, para. 1 of the PPA have been admitted.

Deadline for submission of offers: 12-05-2025, 23:59 via the e-procurement platform CAIS EOP.
Opening of tenders: 15-05-2025; 16:00. The tenders submitted shall be opened on the e-procurement platform CAIS EOP and the samples of the tenders not received by electronic means shall be opened at a public meeting which may be attended by the tenderers or their authorized representatives and by representatives of the media. The meeting will take place at the following address: Sofia, 23 George Washington Street, office of ICGB AD.
