Elio Ruggeri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ICGB, resigns
ICGB communicates that Elio Ruggeri has resigned from his position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company; expresses its highest appreciation for Elio’s contribution to the development of the project and wishes all the best for its future professional challenges.
Elio Ruggeri, in his capacity of CEO of IGI Poseidon SA - co-shareholder together with the Bulgarian Energy Holding - of investment company ICGB, lead the development of the project since its very inception in 2009 and served as Chairman of the ICGB BOD since 2013, massively contributing to bring the IGB project to the current level of maturity.

He is an exceptional professional who, with its undeniable competences and leadership skills, has given enormous support to the development of a challenging project such as IGB.
