Decision No.452/07
Through its Decision No.452/07 June 2012 the Council of Ministers (CoM) of the Republic of Bulgaria approved a new priority designation of the IGB Project in the Bulgarian territory. The Project was declared a “National Project” under the meaning of State Property Act. Cited designation follows previous decisions by the Bulgarian and Greek governments confirming state support and priority designation for the Project, respectively No. 615/14.07.2009 of the Bulgarian CoM and Greek Law 4001/2011.
